Went to Chan's with my family, The greeter took us to our table where we were greeted by a roches. My husband noticed them and said we were leaving. I was confused as we just arrived, Until I looked down. The roach was on the napkin under the fork. The waiter took the fork off the table (the critter ran away) grabbed another fork and started to pull out my husbands chair to sit him back down to eat as if everything was ok!!! Are you kidding me??? I WILL NEVER EVER EAT THERE AGAIN... ..More Reviews
