I got 4 naans,1 dal makhni, one paneer dish and one palak paneer packed from your Brampton location on 6 Sept. I put the dishes in my own pyrex bowls to serve. I had guests coming over. Since I am diabetic, I didnot taste anything. Only dal was used, other things just little bit. But the next morning, I took little naan and palak paneer. Palak was bad. There was sth black coming in my mouth. So I had to see the palak carefully and then put it in my mouth. The black particles were lying in my plate. My daughter told me that the paneer was awful. I called the retaurant. The lady on the phone argued a lot. She said maybe things were not put in the frig and it is very hot, so they went bad. I told her they were put in the frig. She said that your guests never said anything was wrong. She didnot know that even ill mannered guests never criticize food. Moreover everything was in my own bowls. They must have thought I had prepared it or whatever. Anyway, she told me to bring both things to the retaurant. I took it there. The cook said both vegetables were fine. The black thing was garlic burnt. Paneer was normal taste. After lot of argument, they told me to get sth else packed. That made no sense because it your garlic gets burnt and your leave it in the vegetable like this, it could be same with another dish too. First time in my life, I think, I threw reataurant food in dustbin. I had similar experience with Taste of India once. Their kaju katli had sth coming in mouth. I called and the lady aplogised. She said that kaju was not ground properly. She told me to bring it back and take new one. ..More Reviews
