I was at a little Brasserie on the corner of Avenue de la Bourdonnais in Paris. I had a murky view of the Eiffle Tower and a splendid view of Ecole Militaire. Here, I was introduced to Kir Royale, French onion soup, Croque monsieur and steak frites. (I didnt know it was horse at the time). I met travellers from California who were staying at the same hotel as I whom I had to protect from their Americanism with my Canadian cigarettes and Qubcois French. After travelling and site-seeing for the day we would meet up at the Brasserie and share tales of our day. Drink our Kir Royale and satisfy our hunger with traditionally cooked authentic French food. This was not a fru fru tourist trap, this was the real deal. Real France, real cooking and drinking. Real people.
Aggie Martin brings me back to those days. I miss them terribly and live vicariously thru Aggie Martin to remember my youth and the real France.

It's definitely not Auberge du pommier...that's all I need to say.

My husband and I had dinner here on the week-end. WE have been discussing the food ever since. We both agree that this was the best quality and flavour food we have had in 1. Ontario 2. Canada 3. USA 4. France.

There may be better places with better food for more money. In our budget which is around 50.00 to 100.00 per prson including wine for a nice dinner, this is the best we have had.

Superb food. Chef Steve has top taste buds and a perfect eye.

This is the only place for foodies to enjoy a meal in Brampton. Superb quality and value. Worth the trip for those of you from out of town!

My favorite in Brampton. I have been here 4 times now and always leave happy witht he experience. Last week I heard a live singer who has a great voice and added to our expereince. I very much recommend Aggie Martin's for anyone who wants a great meal at a good price.

Was at a party for 14, 2 weeks ago. Incredible food - everything was perfect. In a group our sizes, ordering a la carte we didn't expect perfection and we got so closed to it we were surprised. The service was very good by a young girl Olivia. The owner Debbie is charming and attentive. We all felt so good just being here. We will be back.

I've always wanted a French Cuisine restaurant in Brampton. It's much more enjoyable to eat locally. Aggie's is the best by far that I've had anywhere

Since the Restaurant Makeover it is even more French than ever. Aggie Martin IS the BEST restaurantin Brampton by far.
